Gut by Giulia Enders - an easy to read and very informative book looking at the importance of a healthy microbiome.

Yoga for arthritis - a  fairly in-depth  book, aimed more at yoga teachers but suitable for all with an interest in using yoga as a therapeutic tool for arthritis.
